This privacy notice ("Notice") is provided by MontBlanc, and throughout this Notice, all references to "MontBlanc", "we", "us" or "our" refers to any and all of those entities, and any other affiliated entities from time to time.

We are committed to safeguarding "Personal Data" (i.e. information relating to a living individual and from which that individual can be identified). Personal Data is handled in accordance with "Data Protection Legislation" (i.e. any law applicable to MontBlanc relating to the processing of Personal Data and/or privacy). We will normally process your Personal Data as a "data controller" (as defined in the Data Protection Legislation).This Notice sets out how we will use and protect any Personal Data collected by us when you:
(i) visit our website (the "Site"),
(ii) inquire about or use services associated with our business that are available through our Site (the "Services"),
(iii) express interest in our business,
(iii) are employed by our suppliers and business contacts;
(iv) are related or otherwise connected to our staff, for example, if you are nominated as an emergency contact; (
v) apply for a job or work experience with MontBlanc; or
(vi) visit our corporate offices around the globe, together with other Personal Data you may provide to us or which we acquire through our day-to-day business.

This Notice explains our practices and policies with respect to the processing of Personal Data. It includes, but is not limited to, information about the types of Personal Data we may collect about you, the purposes for collecting your Personal Data, the circumstances under which we may disclose your Personal Data to third parties, the measures we take to safeguard the Personal Data, your rights regarding your Personal Data, and the way to contact us to exercise those rights.

In order to provide you with Services you may request when you visit our Site or our premises, it is necessary for us to process some Personal Data of yours. Similarly, without some of that information, we cannot inform you about the Services we have available or that you may request (though if you are currently receiving marketing communications from us, you may opt-out of receiving further communications at any time). Amendments to this Notice will be posted to the Site and will be effective when posted. Types of Personal Data We Collect

Sources: From you, such as when you visit our Site or our premises, request our Services or apply for a position with MontBlanc. From MontBlanc employees, if you are in the network of, related to or otherwise connected to an MontBlanc employee. If you provide services to us or have a business dealing with us (or are employed or engaged by an organisation which provides services to us or has a business dealing with us), from you or your employer.
Audio and visual data such as telephone recordings. Sources: From you, such as when you contact an affiliate and the affiliate is required by law to record the call.
Information about your use of our Site and how you interact with our communications including emails such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device identifier, other device information, browsing history, search and clickstream history, online website tracking information, URL referral header information and other data about user activity. Sources: Automatically generated via cookies or similar tools when you interact with our Site or our communications.
Interests and communication preferences such as your marketing permissions, comments, feedback, posts, and other content submitted via the Site and use of Services. Sources: From you, such as when you visit our Site and/or use our Services.
Recruitment information such as: (i) CVs, application forms, evidence of qualifications and references; (ii) information relating to dietary requirements and information about reasonable adjustments due to a disability; (iii) equal opportunities monitoring information, including ethnic origin; (iv) interview notes; (v) information relating to your right to work, including passport information, visa details, results of immigration checks; and (vi) information about criminal convictions and offences. Sources: directly from you or from third parties including employment agencies, former employers and other referees.

Where we receive your Personal Data from third parties, the third party is responsible for informing you that they have shared your Personal Data with us. Once we are holding it, we will only handle your Personal Data in accordance with this Notice.

Where you provide Personal Data on behalf of another individual, you are responsible for notifying that individual that you have provided their Personal Data to us and directing them to this Notice for information on how we process their Personal Data.

Purposes for Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

We will generally collect and use your Personal Data for one or more of the following purposes:

To create, maintain, customise, and secure your account with us.
To provide, support, personalise, develop and improve our Site and the Services that we offer and notify you about changes to our Services.

You have the right to ask us not to process your Personal Data for marketing purposes, by following the instructions outlined in any marketing communications you receive, or by using the contact details in the "Contact Us" section below.

MontBlanc does not sell your Personal Data.

Lawful Basis

We will generally process your Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Notice because it is necessary for our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party (and these interests are not outweighed by the rights and freedoms of the individual). The legitimate interests include operating and improving our respective lines of business and analysing the use of our Site and Services. From time to time, MontBlanc may need to process the Personal Data on other legal bases, including: (i) where you have consented to the processing; (ii) to comply with a legal obligation; (iii) because it is necessary for us to perform our contract with you or take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract; (iv) if it is necessary to protect the vital interests of an investor or other data subjects; or (v) if it is necessary for a task carried out in the public interest.

Where we process recruitment information which falls within "special categories" of Personal Data (which may include health information), or criminal records data, this is because it is necessary in connection with our employment law or regulatory rights, obligations and requirements.

A failure to provide the Personal Data requested to fulfil the purposes described in this Notice may result in MontBlanc being unable to provide the services in connection with the terms of the relationship with MontBlanc
